New Years Day Rose Bowl Party

Since I had 2 of the 3 birdies home this new years day, and we sold our Rose Bowl tickets (don't get me started, I'm still in mourning), I made Manly promise that we could have a party to watch the game.

I decorated with all the Duck stuff we would normally use while tailgating, adding a couple new table cloths.
We had food that we would normally serve at the tail gate; chili and chili dogs, smokey roll ups, chips and dips, candy, dessert and drinks. Then we threw in a bunch of friends and what they brought and it was good food. When we tailgate there are a group of army moms that sell jello shots as a fundraiser and we always buy some; so I had to make some, just for originality sake.

We had prize drawings at the end of each quarter and a scoring pool to buy in to. The kids liked that they won most of the prizes, and by kids we mean the 18-22 year olds LOL. It was a great time had by all except............My Ducks Lost!! How could they do that to me? How I ask you?

We love our Ducks and are happy that they made it to the Rose Bowl, next time guys.
